A lab grown diamond is a diamond that is created in a laboratory using advanced technological processes that mimic the conditions under which natural diamonds are formed.
Do you offer mined diamonds, or only lab grown diamonds?
We only offer lab grown diamonds.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes, lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
How are lab grown diamonds created?
Lab grown diamonds are created using two main methods: High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).

Yes, our lab grown diamonds are ethically sourced and free from conflict.

We advertise carat total weight to the nearest 0.05 carats, with a tolerance of +/- 0.05 carats.
Do you certify the lab grown diamonds?
Yes, all of our lab grown diamonds above 1 carat are certified by independent gemological laboratories.
What does HPHT and CVD mean in lab grown diamonds?
HPHT and CVD are the two main methods used to create lab grown diamonds. HPHT stands for High Pressure High Temperature, while CVD stands for Chemical Vapor Deposition.
Are your lab grown diamonds laser inscribed?
Yes, all of our lab grown diamonds above 1 carat are laser inscribed with a unique identification number for added security.
How do you match the side stones to the center stones?
We carefully select and match the side stones to the center stones based on cut, color, clarity, and carat weight to ensure a seamless and beautiful look.
What metal types do you offer?
We offer a range of metal types, including but not limited to white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold.
Can I engrave my ring?
Yes, we offer engraving services for an additional fee.
Are your products ethically sourced?

SHIPPING POLICY
How much time will the order take to be delivered?
We understand the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Moreover, we also believe in giving the perfect fit and pieces to our customers hence we would require a minimum of 7-15 Business days for delivery. All shipping will be carried out by our Courier Partner: UPS, USPS and India Post.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment for your order is accepted through PayPal
Are the prices inclusive of taxes?
The price of all the products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Can the shipping address be changed?
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
What is the shipping cost on each order?
Shipping is free on all orders. No returns will be accepted on the orders, only exchange of size can be done.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you accept orders from other countries?
Yes, we accept international orders across all countries.
What are the shipping costs for international orders?
For international orders free shipping.(outside India), standard express shipping charges of USD 45 will be levied.
Is return possible on international orders?
We will be accepted on international orders but return shipping charge will pay by buyer.
What additional costs are applicable on international shipping?
The duties and taxes applicable as per one’s individual country have to be paid by the customer. Under no circumstance can the order be exchanged or returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once I place an order, can I cancel it?
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed. Once the order has been packed and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.
How many cancellations are acceptable?
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Is size exchange possible?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and you might need to exchange your purchased product. Hence, you can exchange the size of the product.
Are the products refundable?
All products on the website are refundable and exchange but item must be return.
What is the exchange process?
If an exchange needs to be made, you can select the size of the product you wish from the inventory. The order then needs to be sent to the drop-off as mentioned. The charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
What is the time period under which an exchange request needs to be filed?
To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Where can I make an exchange request?
Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the ‘Return’ section anytime during the aforementioned period.
What to do in case a damaged/defective order is received?
We closely inspect each product that goes out of our office. Nonetheless in case you receive a defective or damaged product, you must let us know within 7 days.
On what grounds can a damage product return request be filed?
Items cannot be returned on grounds of color
All items that are being returned by you should be unwashed, unworn and undamaged
The returned item should have the label intact and the receipt, just like it was sent to you
How will the exchange request be carried out?
Once we’ve received the package the order will stay in our inventory for one day for safety concerns. The order will be checked for damage and once approved, the exchange process will be initiated and the new order will be delivered to your address.
What are the shipping charges on the exchanged product?
No shipping charges will be levied on the exchanged product.
How many times can a product be exchanged?
The customer will only be allowed to exchange the product once.
What is the damage/defective product policy?
In a highly rare scenario, if you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product on (email/number). Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture of your damaged/defective product, picture of the label along with the description of the damage on [email protected]
